Tommy Phelps’ building, home to Moore’s Pool Room, is the first to begin work with the help of the City of Columbia’s ARPA fund designation.

With the popularity of the program, there will be 20 businesses to qualify for up to $10,000 each for exterior renovation, making Columbia more inviting to visit and shop.

For more information, call City Hall 270-384-2501 or ask a Council Member.
