Forest floor harborers of ticks
Slowly melt beneath our feet.
Tree trunks hidden in Summer's green,
September's days doth now reveal,
As Spicebush drupes redden
And Autumn's yellows unveil!

They were the hub of our family and nothing has been right since they left us! The grief will never leave us!
