Chris writes, "About a week ago a young, male German shepherd showed up on my farm in Cane Valley with no collar. I've been reaching out to neighbors and nobody has claimed him. I was wondering if anyone has reached out to you about a missing dog? He will have a good home here if no one claims him, but I just have to keep trying to find his owners in the meantime." Blue-winged Teals are starting to show up on local ponds and lakes as they make their way north for the summer. According to All About Birds, "The Blue-winged Teal is among the latest ducks to migrate northward in spring, and one of the first to migrate southward in fall." Comments | Permalink
