Lifelong Adair County summertime resident Andrea Morrison, M.D., MBA, will soon become a more permanent Kentucky resident as she begins a five-year residency in head and neck surgery (otolaryngology) at UK HealthCare in Lexington.

The ornamental pear tree (Pyrus calleryana), including popular ones like 'Bradford' and 'Cleveland Select', has been in full bloom all across the region as winter ended and spring begins.
