A huge building is going up on Main Street across from the Police Department in Russell Springs this summer. Rumor has it the owner is Terry Stephens of Stephens Pipe and Steele and it may house a car collection. Comments | Permalink

Early crowd for the Tuesday, June 25, 2024 Adair Fiscal Court meeting grew as the nearly three-and-a-half-hour meeting went on. All magistrates were present. Attorney Angie Capps sat in for County Attorney Jennifer Hutchison-Corbin. A key decision was made in the meeting for the Board of Elections that will help recruit poll workers for the November election. The pay for working the polls was increased from $150 to $200 for Election Day and $50 for training stays the same. Comments | Permalink
