Road work started on the Y at Sulphur Well

Construction has started on the project to realign the U.S. 68/KY 70 intersection in the Sulphur Well community of northern Metcalfe County. Most of the work is being done away from the roadway, but lane closures will be possible at different times. The project is expected to be completed in winter of 2026.
