Thankful for positive moves to improve health

After retirement from work as Adair County Sheriff, Josh Brockman reports finding his health status was lacking. He and his wife Amy began a journey to health that they share. Josh writes, "today I am one year smoke free and 56 lbs lighter. I feel as good as I did in my 30s. Thankful for Amy and the friends who helped and continue to help me with my journey."
