Saturday is final Crusade for Children fundraising

The final day for the WHAS Crusade for Children roadblocks throughout Columbia is Saturday, June 7, from 7amCT to 1pmCT. The Adair County Volunteer Fire Department Chairman Phillip Richard announced that they have broken the record with over $58,000 with Saturday's work to go before time to turn in the funds. Remember, as always 100% of your donations come back to the community to the children that are in need. Comments | Permalink

Robert writes, "I mentioned with the first photo, the weather was a cold and windy 34 degrees. Wearing shorts and a hoodie, I braved the conditions long enough to take in a little bit of photography. I could see this National Monument being more enjoyable to visit during mid-summer, when you can take your time and maybe hike some of the rim...and not having to run back to the car to warm up!"
