Chamber awards 2026: Employee of the Year

Shelby Hatcher received the Employee Award for her work as Director of Nursing Services at TJ Health Columbia. Ellen Zornes said Hatcher's compassion and dedication can be seen both in the care she provides patients and in the encouragement she offers fellow employees. Recently honored with a Spirit of Columbia Award, Hatcher was recognized for creating a positive environment while helping lead nursing services at the local hospital.
