Born in March 1975 with a severe spinal condition - spina bifida - Shannon Rowe faced physical challenges from birth. Yet he lived a life marked not by limitation, but by purpose. Upon his passing in July of 2024, Shannon's estate would make a substantial impact on the community he loved.
