The hat leaves no doubt as to this man's loyalties. Vince Konsavage of Cumberland County, KY waited outside the V.P. Henry Auditorium at Lindsey Wilson College to be among the first to greet Gov. Matt Bevin on his stop in Columbia Tuesday, March 12, 2019. Konsavage said he first met Bevin when he campaigned for senate and remembered him coming to Burkesville in a 15 passenger van with his wife and all their children.
