Business upstairs - another residence on the second floor

2019-04-16 - Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com
Another view from life upstairs above the Public Square in Columbia is this from the building renovated by Dan Antle above Reed Brothers Insurance. Both this building and the one in the recent story about the experiences of Mike and Laura Harris show that life on the second floor can be good. The City of Columbia is taking steps to find ways to support getting every building occupied on the ground floor and upstairs floors as well. Ideas are welcome. - LW
