Classes officially begin Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at Lindsey Wilson College and traffic in the City of Columbia is beginning to swell as students return and get moved in. This picture is looking from the corner, where Lindsey and Campbellsville Streets connect, toward the courthouse. Remember to slow down and drive carefully to protect all the students returning to school this month - college, high school, middle school, elementary and preschool students. This scene from FM2 is a reminder. While shopping at the Farmers Market today, Donna Jones, market coordinator, asked that we remind seniors who have been given “senior bucks” to redeem at the market need to be using them while produce is plentiful. Senior Bucks are given out through the LCADD for seniors to be able to buy healthy produce. All that have been given out have been released and now need to be redeemed while there is a good selection of produce. Comments | Permalink Older Photos
