City donates funds to Family Resource Center

A check was presented Friday to the Adair County Public School Family Resource Center for $2,270.50. This was raised through sponsors and donations to the Back To School event by the City of Columbia staff and Columbia Police Department. The monies will be used for the backpack program to send food home with children on weekends. Pictured are: CPD Chief Jason Cross, Kara Iqbal, Jaime White, Debbie Cowan, Mayor Pam Hoots, Paula Garrison, Tiffany Collins, Jada Atwood and Ann Marie Austin. Comments | Permalink
