2019-12-15 - Columbia - Photo from ColumbiaMagazine.com archives
Responses to the question posted last week indicate agreement that this is a small animal, a dog, but letters sent in since indicate we're still guessing what the circumstances could possibly have been that make it appear nearly legless. Thank you to all who wrote in for a great conversation about the dog and the West Corner of the Public Square in Columbia. LW
