A long view of Keen Wilson Road
2020-03-19 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com
This is a grand view of Keen Wilson Road in Adair County - from one hillside, across the river, to another. The view is only available before spring and summer leaves cover the branches and block it for another season. My first husband Ed always said winter was his favorite season because one could see so much more. Comments | Permalink

A pharmacist that's part of the solution
2020-03-19 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com
Easton Bryant, owner of North Century Pharmacy in Columbia, has a desire to be part of the solution getting people back to good health when they need help, and to stay healthy when they can. You've heard that the pharmacy is specializing in compounding but this allows non-healthcare folks to learn what that means - he has created, "mixed/compounded," hand sanitizer at a time when it is very hard to get in this coronavirus pandemic. And the reason this is featured free of charge in ColumbiaMagazine.com news is that he's giving it free of charge to people in need. Details and contact information are in the story linked to this photo. Comments | Permalink
