Lesson learned on The Willock Building

The Willock Building, now owned by Alex Montgomery and Dennis Brinley, on Main Street in downtown Campbellsville, was boarded up at one time and again, the city learned a lesson that boarding up windows and letting a building sit is not the answer for the good of the town.

Lesson learned on the historic Merchant Tower

Merchant Tower in downtown Campbellsville shows how much difference windows can make in a building's appearance. This was among the hard lessons the City of Campbellsville learned about what happens when windows are boarded up and the building is allowed to deteriorate.

It's ACHS Seniors 2020 Week in Adair County!

Today, May 18, 2020 begins Adair County High School Seniors Week in Columbia and Adair County with special planned events, banners, and a parade. Check events daily and be ready to show pride and support of every graduate. Banners featuring each Senior are on display on Indian Drive all week. This evening from 7pmCT-8pmCT it is Recognition of Senior Spring Sports Athletes. Drive by the Baseball Field, Softball Field, Tennis Courts, and in front of ACHS for Track to show your support of our Senior athletes.
