The City of Columbia invites you to experience the beautiful memorial dedications blooming at the Julia Miller Horton Rose Garden on Jamestown Street. Many varieties of roses have been added to the existing garden. Each plant’s variety - such as this Olympiad Hybrid Tea Rose - is identified along with the loved one the rose bush was donated in memory of. This project is still a work in progress but is coming right along and promises to be a sight to behold when in “full bloom.” We invite you to visit the garden located on Jamestown Hill at the Trabue-Russell House. - Mayor Pam Hoots Comments | Permalink
