As Adair County Government prepares for the next two cleanup days, success is still being celebrated from last week's event, larger than last year. Jackie Montgomery took this photo of volunteers working at the Free Tipping Day at the landfill. New drop box option for tax payments

Kentucky Color: No Reverse

Billy Joe writes, "I found this Terrapin tightly wedged between two slats on a pallet being stored on its edge against a garage. It was continually trying to claw forward which only increased the grip of the pallet. Apparently Terrapins have no reverse or at least if they do, this one never shifted gears!
And yes, I did rescue it from its self-imposed entrapment!" Comments | Permalink
