Harry Beard is pictured wearing the ski jacket he purchased in Europe in the late 1940s. The jacket features patches showing the various placed he skied, including Lillehammer, Norway, the site of the 1994 Winter Olympics. At the top left is a copy of the award Beard received for placing 2nd in a downhill race in Lillehammer in 1951.Comments | Permalink
