A thank you to Deborah Curry at Anderson's

2022-03-09 - Columbia, KY - Photo by George Kolbenschlag, LWC international student sponsor
Deborah Curry, the new owner of Anderson's Pizza, and her husband Kenny hosted five Lindsey Wilson international students and two international student Adair sponsors to a fine dinner of "real good home cookin' " and congenial evening recently. She opened as the new owner the first week in January. The student jury from five countries agreed Andersons's Pizza earned five stars.

From left are David Waltz, student sponsor, Aleksa Ciric from Serbia, Steven Espinoza from Venezuela, Deborah Curry and husband, Kenny Perkins, Lucas Ribeno from Brazil, Jelle Golbach from The Netherlands and Edwin van Whk from South Africa. George Kolbenschlag, who with his wife, Vonnie, is also a student sponsor, is not pictured because he was on the wrong side of the camera. The dinner included fried chicken, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, corn bread, a selection of super good desserts and much good conversation and laughter. - GK
