All of a sudden, rain!

Trapped in a downpour at the Columbia Postoffice after having lied to Ricky Collins. He made a trip to Louisville today and said it's raining there. I told him just before coming to the post office (with no umbrella) that we'd had no rain in Columbia today.

On one of my regular walking routes, I frequently happen upon the edge of a pond to hear a croak and a splash as a frog launches himself into the water. On a recent outing, I approached slowly and quietly enough that I could spot him sitting in the shallows. Comments | Permalink
